Wow, this Ving Tsun stuff has really been an enlightening experience. My life has been changed forever.

He spent many hours with us and his knowledge of Wing Chun history was outstanding. We had a great afternoon. I recommend that if you have a chance to visit the museum and see the incredible collection of Wing chun history, do it.

I'm always searching the web for more info and new sites, but time and again I am impressed with the fact that this site is refreshingly free of trivial matters that can sometimes dominate a martial arts website. I am really impressed by the content, in particular, the code of conduct, which is brilliant. But I have found that most of the Masters are male as show in the photos, driven by curiosity, I would like to know how many female masters are there?

I've been to the museum and was really impressed with what Sifu Benny Meng and his wife had to say, and am considering taking a few months of classes to see what it's like. Is there heavy meditation involved? How far does the art get into the spiritual realm?

Too bad there are Wing Chun practitioners out there that still have the "I do original Wign Chun" mentality. To all you who think you are "doing" the "original" Wing Chun, all I can say is that there is no such thing. There never was. Perhaps only in Mg Mui's / Yat Chan's time. The art evolves and is refined over time. In that sence, I sincerily hope I'm *not* doing the "original" style. The art is flaxible and adapts to each individual practitioner. Just look at the difference of the styles practiced by Wong Shun Leung and Tsu Shong Tin alone - how different they are and yet share the same teacher. Now look at the individuality of your own students and collegues. Get over it you guys, for heavans sake!

The ordinary people don't know what Wing Tchun really is. It is much better because it is the most dangerous system of fighting that has ever been made. I have luck that my masters are Slavko Truntic and Milan Prosenica (he comes when he has som spare time to teach us). Great Site! Nice to know that there are people interested in preserving 'a little piece of history' on WC for the next generation. Also, please remember that WC is global! & that when such things as a "1st Annual Wing Chun Conference" are going to be held etc. it would be nice to be notified well in advance so things such as travel, accomodation etc. could be organised. Great site. Honorable venture. Success guaranteed. It's about time someone had the guts to bring all parties to the table and allow open expression with respect and dignity. I would like to discuss a training progression standardization. Our school/org. is called M.A.R.S. (website soon) We have been a Wing Chun/ Jeet Kune Do (original) school, but we are now emphasizing Wing Chun and doing research into the root essence of combat, studies are published in "Research Updates". I believe Wing Chun to be the most scientific form of "traditional" martial arts training.
